Our monumental olive trees have grown for centuries on the famous red clay soil in the heart of Apuly, at an altitude of 150 meter above sea level yet close to the Adriatic coast in ideal climate conditions.

 

Each of our trees tells its life story through its wrinkled and twisted trunk, showing us that is executes a complete rotation on its axis every 100 years, telling us that the most curved and twisted its trunk the more fruits it will give.

 

 

The average age of our tres has been estimated between 700 and 900 years old. 

Today we admire them and treat with great respect and gratitude.
